Terms of Service
These terms govern access to ohrnahtech.ee and the engagement of OHRNAH TECH OÜ for consulting or development services. Specific projects are also governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Services
We provide IT consulting and programming services. Pricing on this site is indicative — every engagement is confirmed in a written quote or statement of work before billable activity starts.
2. Project Agreement
Each project requires a signed agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, intellectual property assignment, and confidentiality. The agreement prevails over the content of this website.
3. Intellectual Property
Subject to full payment, source code and deliverables produced specifically for the client are assigned to the client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain ours.
4. Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees paid for the relevant statement of work in the preceding 12 months, except where Estonian law prohibits limitation.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court.
